Quality Objectives

1. Comprehensive quality checks at every stage—from raw material selection to manufacturing, assembly, and final inspection.
2. Incoming materials undergo detailed physical and chemical testing before acceptance.
3. Multi-level stringent inspections throughout production. Statistical tools such as SPC, SQC, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis are used to detect and eliminate variations or defects.
4. Every lot is tracked and validated to ensure consistent quality and complete traceability back to raw material sources.
5. Scheduled equipment calibration and maintenance performed in our dedicated Standards Room for precision assurance.
6. Each production batch is accompanied by a Raw Material Test Report and Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report.
7. Regular audits and customer feedback loops help us continuously improve processes and ensure expectations are not only met—but exceeded.
